Right back's representative states a move to SW6 would be perfect, but nothing is in the offing as of yet
The agent of PSV Eindhoven right-back, Stanislav Manolev, has hailed Fulham as a beautiful club who could be perfect for his client.
Fulham have been loosely linked with a move for the Bulgarian defender after the sale of Stephen Kelly to Reading and with Mino Raiolo opening the door to a move, Martin Jol - also represented by Raiolo - could be tempted into making a bid.
Espanyol are also thought to be chasing the 27 year-old who, since moving to the Netherlands in 2009, has attracted significant interest.
His versatility is a huge selling point and the displays in his early PSV days led to him being ranked among Europe's top 50 transfer targets in 2010. With 29 caps under his belt, he has international pedigree to boast, too.
Raiola, speaking to Voetbal International, said: "Fulham would be a beautiful club for him.
"But at the moment there's nothing concrete."
