Here is the latest information regarding Mark Schwarzer. According to Sky Sports, Mark Schwarzer will not be leaving Craven Cottage to join Arsenal before the end of the transfer window.

The Schwarzer saga has gone on the entire summer. There is a possibility that Shay Given deciding to stay at Manchester City had an effect on Mark Schwarzer's future. Arsenal have made at least two bids for the Australian goalkkeeper. Again, according to Sky Sports, Mark Schwarzer will not be going to Arsenal to play at the Emirates before the end of the transfer window.

Good news for Fulham. Since they are not getting Given, it’s good they did not lose Schwarzer. That would have compounded the issue.
