Cottagers Daily Rumor Mill: Latest Speculation Regarding The Fulham Manager's Job

It seems so many media outlets in England have their thoughts on who they believe is in the lead to become the new Fulham manager. The latest speculation comes from the Telegraph. According to the Telegraph, Sven Goran Eriksson and Slaven Bilic have become the two top candidates for the open job.

The Telegraph however feels that Sven Goran Eriksson is the top candidate to replace Roy Hodgson at Fulham. Eriksson is the ex- England Manager and formerly was manager for Manchester City. Most recently he managed the Ivory Coast in the World Cup.

The Telegraph mentions that Slaven Bilic has become a top candidate as well for the Fulham job.  He is the current manager of Croatia. He is a former player of Everton and West Ham. According to the Telegraph article, before Roy Hodgson became Fulham manager in December of 2007, Bilic removed himself as a potential candidate for that position.

Star-divide

The Telegraph article mentioned several names that were not considered to be candidates at this point. Those names are Glenn Hoddle, Mark Hughes, Tony Mowbray, Alan Curbishley and Gianfranco Zola. There was also one other name that the Telegraph ruled out. According to this article, United States Coach, Bob Bradley is not considered a candidate for the Fulham job.

I am sure there will be much more speculation until Fulham name a new manager. I will be following the latest stories and will have updates when information is available.

He's Croatia's coach

he smokes on the bench, and he wears awesome suits, and he’s scary, and he’s a great manager.
